This letter is to notify you of some major changes underway here at our firm.

Tom Foy, who worked here for 25 years has retired. He is being replaced by Barbara Godzik Goulet, Enrolled Agent. Barbara has 28 years of tax preparation experience and has been an enrolled agent for 19 years.

Jan Hillis, who has worked here for 32 years is gradually retiring as she trains her replacement, Patricia Jenkins. Patricia has held a similar position at Stopps & Kidwell, LLC and has a masters degree in accounting. Jan will remain available to consult with her loyal clients, as needed, while Patricia grows into her new role.

As sad as we are to see our long-time employees go, we are excited by the capability of their replacements to continue and improve our client services.

Before anyone starts to get worried, rest assured that Barbara Edson will still be providing cheerful greetings at the reception desk and on the phone, and providing the stellar customer service which all appreciate.

Also remaining are Diane Thompson, CPA and Jay Hillis, EA.

We are reformulating the business structure, with the new business U.S. Tax Accounting, LLC. Jay Hillis will be the majority member, aided by Raymond Kidwell, EA as the minority member. Ray will gradually free Jay from the administrative side of managing the firm, freeing him to concentrate on client services.
